Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services provided by 2Busy Agency, operated by SVFunded LLC ("we", "us"). Specific terms in a signed proposal or agreement take precedence over this policy.

Monthly retainers

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to our contact email. Service continues and the final invoice is due through the end of the notice period.
• Fees for a month in which work has already started are non-refundable.

Setup and project fees

• If you cancel before any work has started, you receive a full refund of the setup or project fee.
• Once work has started, fees are refundable only for the portion of work not yet delivered, at our reasonable assessment.
• Completed deliverables (pages, funnels, automations, copy) are non-refundable.

Performance-based fees

Revenue share and performance fees are calculated on sales already generated and are not refundable. If a customer of yours receives a refund, the corresponding revenue share is adjusted in the next billing cycle.

Advertising spend

Ad spend is paid by you directly to advertising platforms (e.g. Meta). We do not hold or refund ad spend.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with our service or believe you were charged in error, contact us first at lukas@2busy.info. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve every issue within 14 days, before any chargeback or dispute is opened with your bank.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email lukas@2busy.info with your company name, invoice number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
