These Terms govern the use of 2busy.info and the services provided by 2Busy Agency, operated by SVFunded LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide digital marketing and growth services, including paid social advertising management, funnel and landing page development, webinar funnels, CRM and marketing automation, copywriting and sales support. The exact scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for each client are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in the proposal or agreement and are payable as invoiced. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Performance-based fees are calculated as defined in the agreement. Late payments may result in paused services. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the platforms and is not part of our fees.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and materials, and approvals needed to perform the services. You are responsible for your own products, offers, claims and compliance with laws and advertising platform policies applicable to your business.

5. No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market conditions and platform decisions. Past results shared on our website are examples and not a promise of future results. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, leads or return on ad spend.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, know-how and methods, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information received from the other party, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms (including ad account restrictions).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
